Creamy mushroom pasta recipe (one pot pasta)

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onions. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes over low/medium heat.

Add the peeled and crushed garlic cloves, the minced mushrooms and the thyme. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms soften.

Deglaze with white wine then add the flour. Mix well until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour in the broth and water and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and cook until al dente (follow the instructions on the packet).

Mix well then season to taste. Serve with parmesan!
