Menu and ingredient list for the week of January 2-6


Happy New Year to all foodies! Citrus fruits and apples, potatoes and squash, fennel or beets: for this first week of 2023 menus, we stocked up on fresh produce, enough to start the new year on the right foot while recovering holiday excess. Because yes, we did, and no regrets please. Good news, the detox will be ultra-gourmet with clementines stuffed with prawns or a salmon papillote with red cabbage… between two pan-fried dishes, a mug cake or a Parmentier!

Monday January 2

STARTER: Clementines stuffed with prawns

DISH: Pan-fried rice with leeks, mushrooms and parmesan

Tuesday, January 3

DISH: Pan-fried spaghetti, bacon and grilled pumpkin seeds

  • 300g spaghetti

  • 75 g bacon strips

  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

  • 15 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 pasta stock cube

  • Olive oil

  • grated cheese

  • Salt

DESSERT: Mug cake with chestnut cream

Quantities for 1 person in the recipe, multiplied by 4

Wednesday January 4

STARTER: Spinach and goat cheese pie

  • 1 puff pastry

  • 500g frozen spinach

  • 1 log of goat cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of pepper

DISH: Salmon papillote with red cabbage and apple compote

Thursday January 5

DISH: Tortilla

DESSERT: Fruit salad with beets

  • 3 or 4 cooked beets

  • 2 or 3 bananas depending on the size of the bananas

  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds

  • Juice of 2 Thomson oranges

  • Sugar to taste

Friday January 6

STARTER: Fennel salad with orange

  • 4 small fennels

  • 4 oranges

  • The juice of an orange

  • The juice of a lemon

  • 3 tbsp. oil soup

  • A few drops of Tabasco

  • A little lemon balm or a few mint leaves (optional)

  • 1 C. aniseed (optional)

  • Salt pepper

DISH: Butternut parmentier

  • 1 kg diced butternut squash, cooked

  • 500g cooked diced potatoes

  • 500 g minced meat 5%

  • 200ml skimmed milk

  • 100 g of grated cheese

  • 2 onions

  • 2 shallots

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • Salt pepper

The new year is off to a flying start? Lighten your mental load by grouping tasks. We’ve cooked up a ready-made, hot list for you to cook a week of easy and gourmet menus from January 2 to 6. A great way to save time at the supermarket… as well as in the kitchen!

In the fruit and vegetable section:

  • 12 clementines

  • 7 oranges

  • 2 or 3 bananas depending on the size of the bananas

  • 2 apples

  • 1 pomegranate

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 lemon

  • 15 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 kg firm-fleshed potatoes

  • 1 kg diced butternut squash

  • 6 button mushrooms

  • 4 small fennels

  • 3 or 4 beets

  • 3 white leeks

  • 1/2 red cabbage

  • 3 onions

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 2 shallots

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 4 sprigs of chives

  • 1/2 vegetable stock cube
